Grandma's Baked Chicken

I made my grandma's baked chicken!

Well almost.

Instead of using regular bread crumbs, I toasted up 4 slices of my Ezekiel bread, and then put that in the food processor. Then I added some herbs, coated the chicken thighs with canola oil and breaded. Threw them on top of my cast iron skillet and sprinkled with paprika. Into a 350 degree oven for about... well, until it smelt so good that I had to test its doneness.

VOILA!
