Day 2 of my 6-Week cleanse

Breakfast - Greek Yogurt + a smidgen of agave nectar + a drop of almond extract + spoonful of almond meal = YUMMMMMMY!!!!!! -- I can't wait to try something new tomorrow!

Lunch - Pineapple Curry from the vegan restaurant! I told the waitress to hold the black rice medley and give me more lettuce.  -- Worked out GREAT! I put the entire salad right in the curry (and brought the spring roll home for B).

Dinner - Turkey and Cabbage stir fry.


1 lb lean turkey
Soy Sauce
Worcestershire sauce 
Sesame Sauce
Vegetable/canola oil + little butter
2 Shallots
1 head green cabbage (shredded)
Sesame seeds
2 teaspoons of ginger paste

Its almost gone... and B had 2 large helpings!
